About Us
Rooms
We have several cabins that are available for short and long term stays. 1 bedroom, 1 bath cabins with a kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, queen bed, and TV stand. Bring your own sheets, TV and finishing touches and make it your own for as long as you need starting at $225/week.
Amenities
Clean and Comfortable, and close proximity to Lake Livingston and the city. Tigerville Public Boat ramp and Park are located within 5 minutes. There are several general stores and restaurants within a few miles. We have a partnership with a storage facility that provides our residents with discounts, within walking distance for your storage needs. There is a gas station within walking distance with Hunt Brothers Pizza.
Rates
- Several floor plans and terms available, starting at $225/week all bills paid, or 900/month, including water, sewer, garbage, electric, and basic wifi. Furnished cabins are also available for only $25 per week additional. No utility deposits required.
- 1 bed/1 bath studio (open floor plan), 1 bed/1 bath suites (enclosed bedroom), and 2 bedroom/1 bath cabin available.
- Rent is paid in sync with your pay schedule weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly for your convenience
- $500 deposit may be paid out weekly, ask for options.
- Short term rentals have a 5 week initial minimum stay, then weekly after that. Electric, Water, Sewer, and Garbage included starting at $225/week.

- Unfortunately, due to limited living and outdoor recreational space, Pets are not allowed in this community.
