With flexible payment options to match your pay schedule, starting at just $225/week, our Livingston rentals are ideal for your new home by the lake.

For those seeking extra comfort, furnished cabins are available for only an additional $25 per week. No utility deposits are required! We offer a selection of living options including a 1 bed/1 bath studio (open floor plan), 1 bed/1 bath suites (enclosed bedroom), and 2 bedroom/1 bath cabins, perfect for long-term rental. Rent can be conveniently paid in sync with your pay schedule—whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. A $500 deposit may be paid out weekly; just ask us for options. We also provide flexible lease period options. All essential utilities, including electric, water, sewer, and garbage, are included starting at $225/week. We love seniors and professionals! Unfortunately, due to limited living space and outdoor recreational areas, pets are not allowed in this community, but our scenic loop rentals offer a beautiful environment for all residents.
